Die Leistung umfasst die Baustelleneinrichtung, den Betonabtrag, die Betoninstandsetzung, den kathodischen Korrosionsschutz sowie das Oberflächenschutzsystem. Nähere Informationen entnehmen Sie dem zur Verfügung gestellten Leistungsverzeichnis. Die Stadt Büdelsdorf hat das Gebäude der IKK in der Parkallee 21, 24782 Büdelsdorf erworben und plant, dieses als Neues Rathaus wieder herzurichten. Im Sockelbereich der Wandbauteile in der Tiefgarage sind Betonschäden vorhanden. Das vorliegende Leistungsverzeichnis Los 02 behandelt ausschließlich die Betoninstandsetzung der Wandsockel in der eingeschossigen Tiefagrage inkl. der hierfür erforderlichen Nebenarbeiten. Zusätzlich ist an den Stützenfüßen und Fundamenten Oberflächenbeschichtung aufzubringen. Die Statische Ertüchtigung der Innenstützen mittel Umschnürung aus Vergussbeton wird gesondert ausgeschrieben und ist nicht Gegenstand des folgenden Leistungsverzeichnisses. Insgesamt liegt eine Wandlänge von etwa 165 m vor. Nähere Informationen sind im Leistungsverzeichnis zu finden.
