Description

Dachabdichtungs- und Spenglerarbeiten für den Neubau einer zweizügigen Grundschule Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Dachabdichtungs- und Spenglerarbeiten zur Baumaßnahme "Neubau Grundschule an der Ruhr" in Essen. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich am Mintarder Weg 43 in 45219 Essen, Gemarkung Kettwig, Flur(e) 54, Flurstück 166. Auf dem derzeit ungenutzten ehemaligen Schulgrundstück beabsichtigt die Stadt Essen die Errichtung eines neuen Schulbaus sowie den Neubau einer Turnhalle. Das Bauvorhaben dient primär der schulischen Nutzung als zweizügige Grundschule, die durch offene Ganztagsbereiche ergänzt wird. Zudem wird eine Einfachturnhalle geplant. Das Baugrundstück umfasst eine Fläche von ca. 5.119 m2 und befindet sich in einem festgesetzten Überschwemmungsgebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ruhr. Dachflächengrößen der verschiedenen Flachdächer: Schulgebäude ca 1275 qm, Zwischenbau ca. 414 qm, Turnhalle ca. 411 qm, Dachterrasse ca. 110 qm, Vordach ca. 22 qm. Voraussichtliche Ausführungszeiten: Beginn innerhalb von 12 Werktagen nach Zugang zur Aufforderung durch den Auftraggeber, diese wird voraussichtlich bis zum 16.03.2026 zugehen. Fertigstellung innerhalb von 248 Werktagen nach Ausführungsbeginn.
