Schlüsselfertige Errichtung (einschließlich noch erforderlicher Planungsleistungen und der Einholung der Baugenehmigung) eines Tierasyls in Hamm. Das Tierasyl dient zur Aufnahme, Versorgung und Vermittlung von beschlagnahmten Tieren und Fundtieren in Hamm und umfasst drei Gebäude: ein Haupthaus (BGF ca. 358 qm), ein Katzenhaus (BGF ca. 240 qm) und ein Hundehaus (BGF ca. 437 qm). Die Hamm.Invest GmbH (Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Hamm) beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Tierasyls in Hamm. Das Bauvorhaben soll als eingeschossiger Neubau bestehend aus drei Gebäuden an der Römerstraße südlich des "Nienbrügger Bergs" in 59065 Hamm errichtet werden. Das Hauptgebäude soll im Effizienhaus-40-Standard errichtet werden. Vorgesehen ist eine Holzkonstruktion mit einer Holzfassade. Auf dem Flachdach ist eine PV-Anlage in Kombination mit einem Gründach geplant. Die Technik soll auf dem Dach so dimensioniert werden, dass sie optisch nicht über die Attika hinausragt. Die Entwässerung wird durch die Attika geführt und durch Fallrohre an der Fassade abgeleitet. Das Hunde- und das Katzenhaus werden nicht nach einem Effizienzhausstandard errichtet, jedoch ebenfalls beheizt und sind entsprechend winddicht und wärmegedämmt auszuführen. Für diese beiden Gebäude ist vorgesehen, dass sie bis ca. 1 m über Oberkante des Geländes aus einer Betonwanne gebaut und darüber ebenfalls in Holzrahmenbauweise ausgeführt werden. Zudem erhalten diese beide Gebäude jeweils ein leicht geneigtes Satteldach, ebenfalls mit Dachbegrünung und PV-Anlage. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die schlüsselfertige und betriebsbereite Errichtung des Tierasyls (mit zugehörigen Außenanlagen) einschließlich aller hierzu noch erforderlichen Planungsleistungen (insb. der Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung).
