Description

Im Rahmen des Bauprogramms "Nordbahn" ist der Neubau einer Vorfeldstation "Nord-West" vorgesehen. Im Gebäude werden die gesicherte Stromversorgung und die Steuerung der Befeuerungsanlagen untergebracht. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Hochbauleistungen für die Station "Nord-West", die aus einem Gebäude in Massivbauweise mit tragenden Stahlbetonwänden sowie Decken in Fertigteilbauweise besteht. Aufgrund der hohen Installationsdichte sind auch nichttragende Wände aus Stahlbeton vorgesehen. Die Gründung erfolgt über eine massive Bodenplatte als WU-Konstruktion. Das Gebäude hat einen rechteckigen Grundriss mit den Abmessungen 22,18 m x 16,29 m und liegt ca. 52,109 m ü NN. Die Stahlbetonwände werden als Hohlwandkonstruktion (Dreifachwand) mit tragendem Ortbetonkern konzipiert. Die Außenbauteile im Kellerbereich werden als WU-Konstruktion mit einer Dicke von 30 cm ausgeführt. Die Rissbildung wird auf 0,2 mm beschränkt. Hierzu sind Verpressschläuche und Fugenbleche in Wand-/Bodenplattenbereichen vorgesehen. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Tiefbauleistungen für die Station "Nord-West". Dazu gehören die Erdarbeiten, Entwässerungsleitungen und die Herstellung von Leerrohrtrassen sowie die Errichtung von Schachtbauwerken aus Beton. Zur funktionalen Anbindung wird eine Verbindung zwischen den Schachtbauwerken und dem Gebäude geschaffen.
