Description

Die Ausschreibung betrifft die Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik für den Neubau Kindergarten 5-gruppig Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Zentrum (DBZ) in 67063 Ludwigshafen - Friesenheim, Bexbacher Straße 11. Wegen der weiteren Einzelheiten wird auf die Ausschreibungsunterlagen verwiesen. Alle technischen Anlagen werden über einen Hauptschaltschrank gesteuert. Somit wird sowohl die Heizungsverteilung mit den Heizgruppen, als auch die beiden Lüftungsgeräte über die MSR geregelt. Es erfolgt eine Anbindung an die Brandmeldeanlage (BMA) sowie an einen Fernzugriff. Der Schaltschrank wird im Obergeschoss platziert im Haustechnikraum. Der Blitz- und Überspannungsschutz für die bauseitige MSR Verkabelung erfolgt bauseits durch die Elektrofachfirma. Wegen der weiteren Einzelheiten wird auf die Ausschreibungsunterlagen verwiesen.
