Metallbauarbeiten (DIN 18 360); Veste Otzberg Gesamtinstandsetzung Hier: Stahlbau Regelbauten: Treppe Korporalshaus, Lagergebäude Außenbereich, etc. Die Anlage steht unter Denkmalschutz! Im vorliegenden LV werden Stahl- und Metallbauarbeiten im historischen Umfeld beschrieben. Die Arbeiten werden an verschiedenen Gebäuden auf der Veste Otzberg ausgeführt, zum Beispiel am historischen Korporalshaus, sowie an Neubauten in Holzständerbauweise. - Nachweis eines entsprechenden (ähnlichen) Referenzprojekts mit entsprechender Aufgabenstellung im historischen Umfeld. Bei der ausgeschriebenen Leistung handelt es sich unter anderem um folgende Teilleistungen der Gesamtleistung an verschiedenen Gebäuden innerhalb der Veste Otzberg, insbesondere: - Ausbau und Teilentsorgung von bestehenden Stahlspindeltreppen: innen über 2 Geschosse, außen über 1 Geschoss. - Neubau einer geraden, einläufigen Stahlwangentreppe (18 Steigungen), als Fluchttreppe, außen, einschl. Gitterroststufen, sowie neuer Geländerkonstruktionen mit Stahlnetzfüllungen, sowie Anschluss, bzw. Anarbeiten an Bestand. - 1 Stk Stahlfenster als Lüftungsfenster (Umrüstung eines festverglasten Bestandsfensters) - Neubau eines belüfteten Außenlagers: Gesamtgröße b/t/h ca. 7,25m/2,00m/2,50m, bestehend aus einer Dachkonstruktion aus zusammengesetzten Tragstützen (Winkelstähle) mit Quertraversen aus T-Stählen, sowie einem eingestellten "Käfig" i.d.R. aus quadratischen Stahlhohlprofilen mit Verkleidungsrahmen zur bauseitigen Montage von Holzlamellen. Material in der Regel S235 verzinkt und pulverbeschichtet, in Ausnahmefällen Edelstahl pulverbeschichtet. - Stahltürrahmen (Leibungsrahmen und Flügelrahmen) 1Stk 2-flügelig, 1Stk 1-flügelig, für unbeheizte Räume im Außenbereiche, wie Mülllager oder Technikanschlussräume. Stahlrahmen pulverbeschichtet, zur bauseitigen Montage von Holzlamellen. - Schiebetoranlagen: 1 Stk. 3-teilig, 1 Stk. 2-teilig: Stahlrahmen pulverbeschichtet, zur bauseitigen Montage von Holzlamellen.
