Förderanlagen, Aufzugsanlagen, Fahrtreppen und Fahrsteige (DIN 18 385); Das Stadtschloss Wiesbaden ist ein hochrangiges Denkmal, das vom Hessischen Landtag als Repräsentations- und Bürofläche genutzt wird. Der historische Bestand wird in Teilbereichen saniert und umgebaut mit dem Ziel, das Dachgeschoss wieder als vollwertige Bürofläche nutzen zu können. Hierzu ist eine Hausschwammsanierung im Bereich des DG, Umbaumaßnahmen im 2.OG und brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigungen im ganzen Gebäude sowie eine Neuinstallation der technischen Anlagen im KG erforderlich. Der Hessische Landtag ist ein sicherheitsempfindlicher Bereich; nur sicherheitsüberprüfte Auftragnehmer erhalten Zutritt zur Baustelle. Zur geordneten Durchführung der Maßnahme ist daher ein Baustellensicherheitsdienst erforderlich, der die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsregeln überwacht und durchsetzt sowie in Zusammenhang mit den Sicherheitsprüfungen bei Ein- und Ausgang in die Baustelle verwaltet, überwacht und protokolliert. Bestandteil der Maßnahme ist: - Einbau einer Hebeplattform, die für Rollstuhlfahrer mit Begleitperson geeignet ist, zwecks barrierefreier Nutzbarkeit des DG vom angrenzenden Kavalierbau aus - Sicherstellung der einheitlichen Oberflächenqualitäten aller sichtbaren Teile der Hebeplattform sowie der angrenzenden, bauseitigen Treppengeländer und -handläufe - Bemusterung von Anbauteilen, Profilen, Beschlägen, Oberflächen etc.
