Herrichtung und brandschutztechnische Neugliederung der Bürogebäude, HOCHBAU-25, Verwaltungsbebäude, Junggesellenstraße 6-8, 44787 Bochum - VE Heizungs- und Sanitärinstallationen (KG 410 & KG 420) - Sanitär KG 410: Die Trinkwasser-, Regenwasser- und Abwasseranlagen werden im Zuge der Sanierung vollständig erneuert, wobei der bestehende Trinkwasserhausanschluss erhalten und um eine neue Hauswasserstation ergänzt wird. Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt dezentral über elektrische Durchlauferhitzer, zusätzlich wird zur Sicherstellung der Trinkwasserhygiene ein zentrales Wassermanagementsystem mit automatisierten Spülarmaturen installiert. Die Abwasser- und Regenwasserleitungen werden überwiegend in nichtbrennbaren Werkstoffen ausgeführt, Anschlussleitungen zu Sanitärobjekten in Kunststoff mit den erforderlichen brandschutztechnischen Abschottungen. Zur Entwässerung von Kondensat- und Spülabwässern wird eine fäkalienfreie Abwasserhebeanlage mit Druckentwässerungsleitungen vorgesehen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die komplette Installation aller Sanitäranschlüsse, Rohrleitungsanlagen, Wärmedämmungen, Kernbohrungen sowie sämtliche brandschutztechnischen und hygienischen Maßnahmen gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften. Heizung KG 420: Die Wärmeversorgung des Gebäudes erfolgt über den bestehenden Fernwärmeanschluss der Stadtwerke Bochum, wobei die Wärmeverteilung mit maximal 65 °C Vorlauftemperatur ausgeführt wird. Die zentrale Heizungsverteilung übernimmt über mehrere Hydraulikgruppen die Versorgung der Heizflächen und Lüftungsanlagen. Das Rohrleitungsnetz wird überwiegend in Edelstahl, die Verteilanlagen in schwarzem Stahlrohr ausgeführt und gemäß GEG gedämmt. Die Beheizung der Räume erfolgt über statische Heizflächen in horizontaler und vertikaler Ausführung. Zusätzlich werden drei raumlufttechnische Anlagen über separate Heizkreise mit Wärmeenergie zur Lufterwärmung versorgt.
