Aufbau und Vorhaltung eines Vertretungsangebots der Kindertagespflege in den zwei Bochumer Stadtbezirken Mitte und Ost, die für die Erziehungsberechtigten verlässlich, gut organisiert, flexibel und kostenneutral ist sowie kurze Wegezeiten beinhaltet. Bei einem Vertretungsstützpunkt handelt es sich um eine Großtagespflegestelle mit drei angestellten Kindertagespflegepersonen, die jeweils eine Pflegeerlaubnis für fünf Kinder erhalten. Im Vertretungsfall können dort, intern im Stützpunkt, maximal neun Kinder betreut werden. Die Vertretung ist aber nicht nur auf den Vertretungsstützpunkt beschränkt. Ausgehend vom Standort des Vertretungsstützpunkts wird durch das Jugendamt ein Einzugsgebiet bestimmt. Die Kindertagespflegepersonen können dort auch extern, das heißt in Großtagespflegstellen (zwei Kindertagespflegepersonen betreuen max. neun Kinder) und bei Kindertagespflegepersonen in angemieteten Räumen (eine Kindertagespflegeperson betreut max. fünf Kinder), vertreten. Die Vertretung von Kindern aus der Kindertagespflege in privaten Haushalten ist ausschließlich im Vertretungsstützpunkt vorgesehen. Vertragszeitraum: 01.11.2026 bis 31.12.2030 Es handelt sich um eine soziale Dienstleistung gemäß § 64 VgV.
