Description

Umbau eines Landesbehördenhauses zur Musikschule der Stadt Bochum, HOCHBAU-20, Haus der Musik, Marienplatz 2, 44787 Bochum - VE 04.01 Sanitärinstallation - Die Trinkwasser-, Regenwasser- und Abwasseranlagen werden im Zuge der Sanierung vollständig erneuert, wobei der bestehende Trinkwasserhausanschluss erhalten und um eine neue Hauswasserstation ergänzt wird. Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt dezentral über elektrische Durchlauferhitzer, zusätzlich wird zur Sicherstellung der Trinkwasserhygiene ein zentrales Wassermanagementsystem mit automatisierten Spülarmaturen installiert. Die Abwasser- und Regenwasserleitungen werden überwiegend in nichtbrennbaren Werkstoffen ausgeführt, Anschlussleitungen zu Sanitärobjekten in Kunststoff mit den erforderlichen brandschutztechnischen Abschottungen. Zur Entwässerung von Kondensat- und Spülabwässern wird eine fäkalienfreie Abwasserhebeanlage mit Druckentwässerungsleitungen vorgesehen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die komplette Installation aller Sanitäranschlüsse, Rohrleitungsanlagen, Wärmedämmungen, Kernbohrungen sowie sämtliche brandschutztechnischen und hygienischen Maßnahmen gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften.
