Description

Die GASCADE Gastransport GmbH plant und baut im Auftrag der NEL Gastransport den Neubau der Verdichterstation Wittenburg (nachstehend "VS Wittenburg" genannt) einschließlich einer Absperrstation. Der Neubau der VS Wittenburg ist eine Änderung an der vorhandenen und in Betrieb befindlichen Gashochdruckleitung Nordeuropäische Erdgasleitung (nachstehend "NEL" genannt). Das Bauvorhaben liegt im Landkreis Ludwigslust-Parchim auf und beidseitig der Verwal-tungsgrenze zwischen der Stadt Wittenburg und der Gemeinde Bobzin nord-östlich der Land-straße L 04. Der Stationsneubau der VS Wittenburg ist auf Höhe des Leitungskilometers 198 unmittelbar nördlich der Leitungstrasse der NEL geplant. Die NEL wird hierzu aus ihrer ursprünglichen Trasse auf das Stationsgelände, wo eine Absperrstation zur Einbindung der NEL in die ge-plante VS errichtet wird, wieder zurück in die ursprüngliche Trasse geführt. Der Anschluss der Verdichterstation erfolgt über eine Absperrstation zur Einbindung in die NEL. Die Verdichterstation besteht aus drei Elektro-Verdichter Einheiten (E-VD) in entsprechenden Verdichterhallen mit Räumen für die EMSR Technik sowie allen notwendigen Hilfssystemen (Trafo, Kühler, usw.), einem zentralen Headersystem sowie Filterabscheider zur Reinigung der zugeführten Gasmengen. Auf dem Stationsgelände der neuen Verdichterstation Wittenburg sollen u.a. folgende Gebäu-de und Anlagen errichtet werden: - 3 Verdichterhallen mit EMSR-Räumen und Gaskühlern - 3 Trafoeinhausungen - Rohrgraben, Rohrleitungsverschaltung, Armaturen und Filter - Betriebsgebäudes (BG) mit EMSR-Schaltraum - EMR Schalträumen (EMR Filter und EMR Pipeline) - Energiezentrale (EZ) mit Nieder- und Mittelspannungsraum - Notstromcontainer - Lagergebäude - Gerätelager - Nebengebäude: Carport und Flaschenlager - Löschwasserbehälter - Zaunanlage mit Videoüberwachung Des Weiteren werden alle für den Betrieb der Verdichterstation erforderlichen Infrastrukturmaßnahmen (Straßen, Abwasser-, Frischwasser- und Löschwasserleitungen, Kabelzugsysteme, Erdverlegte Stromleitungen usw., Stationsbeleuchtung und Kamerasystem) sowie Fundamente und Gründungen für die Gasrohrleitungen, Stahlbühnen erstellt. Die Errichtung der Station erfolgt auf einer bisher landwirtschaftlich genutzten Fläche, südöstlich der Ortslage Wittenburg sowie westlich der Gemeinde Bobzin in 19243 Wittenburg, Land-kreis Ludwigslust-Parchim (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern).
