SOT - Sanierung Olympiaturm und Atrium, Turmfassade neu Olympiaturm Demontage und Entsorgung der Bestandsfassade, E10 bis E14 je 36 Felder, ca. 980 m²; Korrosionsschutz der bestehenden Stahlbauelemente, großflächig ca. 200 m² und zusätzliche Schutzmaßnahmen an Kleinstellen 20x20 cm ca. 500 St.; Ergänzung von Brandschutzputz an der Bestandskonstruktion, großflächig ca. 40 m² und zusätzliche Maßnahmen an Kleinstellen ca. 90 St.; Ergänzung von Brandschutzmaßnahmen mittels neuer Plattenverkleidung, Abrechnung nach Stückzahl und Metern, ca. 150 St. und 180 lfm; neue Turmfassade Verglasungen, Alu-Blechverkleidungen und Stahl-Sekundärkonstruktion, E10 bis E14 je 36 Felder, ca. 980 m²; Schutzmaßnahmen der bestehenden Oberflächen, hauptsächlich von E12 bis E14, Boden/Wände/Decken; Rinnenheizung der Fassadenelemente und Fallrohre.
