Description

Stülerbau West, Schloßstraße 1, 14059 Berlin Sanierung Stülerbau West Parkettarbeiten nach DIN 18 356 - VE3281 Beschreibung: Bei dem vorliegenden Leistungsverzeichnis handelt es sich um Bodenbelagsarbeiten gemäß VOB/C, ATV DIN 18356 - Parkett- und Holzpflasterarbeiten. Zur Ausführung kommt ein Parkettboden aus 22 mm starken Massivholzstäben sowie ein umlaufendes Fries in der Holzart Eiche, Sortierung „Natur“ gemäß DIN EN 13226. Die Verlegung erfolgt im einfachen Fischgrätmuster. Das umlaufende Fries wird mit parallel verlegten Stäben ausgeführt und durch einen Aufmerksamkeitsstreifen abgetrennt. Die Arbeiten werden in den Ausstellungsräumen vom Erdgeschoss bis zum 2. Obergeschoss ausgeführt. Menge / Umfang des Auftrags: - Parkettboden Fischgrätmuster: ca. 650 m² - Randfries: ca. 300 m Termine: Ausführungsbeginn: April 2026 Ausführungsende: Juli 2026
