Grundstandzeit und laufender Betrieb (rd. 34 Wochen Vorhaltung) - Schutzmaßnahmen: Witterungsschutz für Dachflächen (rd. 440 m²) - Rückbauarbeiten: Abbau bestehender Dachaufbauten einschließlich Dämmmaterialien wie Styropor auf mehreren Dachflächen (rd. 580 m²) - Dachbereich: Teilabbruch Dachschalung (rd. 30 m²), Teilabbruch / Kürzung von Balken / Sparren, (insgesamt rd. 95 m) - Entsorgung: Bitumendachpappe (inkl. teerhaltiger Materialien, rd. 10 t), Dämmstoffe (HBCS-haltig, (rd. 10 t); Führen eines Abfallnachweisbuchs - Trennlagen und Dampfsperren: Trennlagen als Notabdichtung auf Dachflächen mit Holzschalung (rd. 330 m²); Dampfsperren als Notabdichtung auf Dachflächen mit Betonuntergrund (rd. 140 m²); Ausbesserung der Notabdichtung (rd. 570 m²), Dichtigkeitsproben Flachdächer - Wärmedämmung: Grund-/Gefälledämmung EPS (rd. 300 m²), Grund-/Gefälledämmung Schaumglas (125 m²) - Abdichtung: Bitumenschweißbahnen, 2-lagig, beschiefert (rd. 570 m²) - Oberflächenschutz / Dachbegrünung: Kiesdachfläche (rd. 180 m²); Kies als Randstreifen (rd. 60 m), Extensivbegrünung: 110 m² - Attika- / Dachrandabdeckungen: Titanzinkblech, vorbewittert, blaugrau (rd. 170 m) - Gesims-/ Traufverblechungen: Titanzinkblech, vorbewittert, blaugrau (rd. 130 m) - Sonstiges: Zimmererarbeiten wie Trauf-/ Stirnbretter (60 m), Bohlen / Randbalken (rd. 63 m), Zusätzliches Vernageln der Dachschalung (rd. 305 m²) - Wartung: Wartungs- und Inspektionsleistungen für Absturzsicherungssysteme innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist Hinweise: Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um ein Denkmal! Die Zugänge und Flächen rund um die Bibliothek unterliegen Einschränkungen.
