Los 314 Schlosserarbeiten Fluchttreppe, 04275 Leipzig ACHTUNG! DIE ANGEBOTSFRIST ENDET AM 03.08.2026, 13:00 UHR! • Baustelleneinrichtung für die eigene Leistung, inkl. Grundstandzeit und laufendem Betrieb, Rückbau/Wiederaufbau und Beräumen (rd. 5 Wochen Vorhaltung) • Bemusterung: Handmuster (rd. 3 St.) für Farbtonwahl der Stahl-Fluchttreppe und Stahlgeländer (Farbauswahl) • Planungsleistungen: Werk- und Montageplanung für Stahltreppe und -geländer sowie Gitterrostkonstruktion für Lüftungsanlage (rd. 1 St.). • Nachweise: Vor Ausführungsbeginn ist eine Bescheinigung über die werkseigene Produktionskontrolle (WPK) nach EN 1090-1 für EXC2 dem AG vorzulegen. • Fluchttreppe: Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage einer Außen-Stahltreppe als (Fluchttreppe) vor dem Gebäude, als gegenläufige Wangentreppe mit geraden Treppenläufen und halbrunden Podesten, feuerverzinkt und farbbeschichtet - 4-läufige Treppenanlage mit Zwischen- und Austrittspodesten vom EG bis zum 2. OG, aus Stahl, feuerverzinkt und farbbeschichtet (Pulverbeschichtung) (1 St.) - Wangen von Treppenläufen und Podesten als Flachstahl - Stufen und Podeste als Gitterrostkonstruktion, MW 30/10 mm, Rutschhemmung R 11, mit verstärkter Sicherheitsantrittskante, an den Wangen befestigt - Flachstahlgeländer, außenseitig an den Wangen befestigt, mittels Verbindungsblechen zwischen den Geländerpfosten außenseitig an den Podestrahmen bzw. die Wange geschraubt, an den Podesten ist das Geländer in gerundeter Form entsprechend des Wangenverlaufes auszuführen - Handläufe aus Edelstahl in gerader und gebogener Form, den Treppenläufen und Podesten folgend - Tragkonstruktion aus Stahlstützen QR (2 St.) und Querriegeln aus Stahlträgern HEA 260 (4 St.) •Gitterrostkonstruktion: Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage einer Gitterrostkonstruktion mit Geländer und UK als Aufstellfläche und Wartungsebene für die Lüftungsanlage auf der Technikdachfläche, aus Stahl feuerverzinkt ( 1 St.) - Unterkonstruktion aus Stahlträgern HEA / IPE 100 - 140, zwischen Bestandsstahlträgern und Gebäudaußenwand befestigt, - zusätzliche Unterstützungskonstruktionen aus Profilen / Winkeln mit Aussteifungszugbändern sowie Kopf- und Fußplatten:aus Stahlblech - Gitterrostpodest aus Stahlpressrost, Befestigung mittels seitlichen Laschen mit Dübelung, Bauhöhe: 30 - 35 mm, Maschenweite 30 x 10 mm - Geländer umlaufend an der Gitterrostkonstruktion, H 1,10 m , bestehend aus Handlauf, Kniestab und Pfosten aus Rechteckrohr- Profilen, Stahl, feuerverzinkt Hinweise: Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um ein Denkmal.
