Die Rahmenvereinbarung verliert ihre Gültigkeit, unabhängig von der Laufzeit, wenn der finanzielle Höchstwert von 120.000,00 € netto erreicht ist.; Die Stadt Leipzig beabsichtigt eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen über die Lieferung von Schuhwerk für die Jugendfeuerwehr der Stadt Leipzig, welches im Rahmen von Ausbildungsmaßnahmen getragen werden kann, abzuschließen.
