Sprinklerarbeiten B-West Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind folgende Leistungen: GFA-Kanal und Gategepäckräume, Flugsteig B-West, Terminal 1 Gebäude 205 und 207, Ebene EU1 und E01 im gesicherten Vorfeldbereich, Projektnummer Fraport: B-002491 Die Sanierung der Gepäckförderanlage erfasst alle TGA-Gewerke, insbesondere BMA, MSR, Sprinkler, RLT, BOS, Ertüchtigung der Brandschutztore und die Erneuerung der Steuerung der Gepäckförderanlage. Der zu bearbeitende GFA-Kanal erstreckt sich unter den Gebäudeteilen 205-West und 207. Aufgrund des Parallelprojekts B-002396 erfolgen die Arbeiten in zwei Bauabschnitten: 1. Stillstandzeit der GFA-Anlage: Während der Stillstandzeit der GFA-Anlage können Arbeiten unter Einhaltung des Baustellenkonzepts auch tagsüber stattfinden. 2. Betriebsphase der GFA-Anlage: Während die GFA-Anlage wieder in Betrieb ist können die Arbeiten unter Einhaltung des Baustellenbetriebskonzepts nur in Nachtarbeit stattfinden Im Rahmen der Sanierung der Gepäckförderanlage Flugsteig-B-West im Terminal 1 des Frankfurter Flughafens werden im Gewerk Sprinkleranlagen Anpassungen sowie Umbaumaßnahmen erforderlich. - Demontage Sprinkler: 500 Stk. - Demontage Sprinklerleitungen: 1.096 m - Sprinkler neu: 527 Stk. - Rohrleitung neu: 1.614 m - T-Stück neu: 520 Stk. - Bypass-Leitung Umbau für NAV bis DN 150: 18 Stk. - Anschluss von Sprinklerrohrsträngen: 36 Stk. - Kennzeichnung der Leitungsnetze: 120 Stk.
