Wartung von Wasser- und Abwasseranlagen, Pumpen, Druckerhöhungsanlagen, Feuerlöschanlagen, Hebeanlagen, Feststofftrennsystemen u.ä. auf dem gesamten Campus der Fraport AG Wartungsarbeiten an Wasser-, Abwasser- und Feuerlöschanlagen in den Terminal- sowie Service- und Verwaltungsgebäuden des Flughafen Frankfurt. Der Leistungsinhalt in diesem Leistungsverzeichnis (LV) umfasst folgende Tätigkeitsfelder nach DIN 31051 für Wasser-, Abwasser- und Feuerlöschanlagen aus dem Anlagenbestand der Fraport AG, im Weiteren AG bezeichnet, Flughafen Frankfurt am Main. Zu den Tätigkeitsgebieten gehören: -Wartung der Anlagen und Anlagenkomponenten -Instandsetzung der Anlagen und Anlagenkomponenten nach Bedarf -Sachkundigenprüfung der Anlagen und Anlagenkomponenten Im Anlagenbestand des AG befinden sich 318 Stück Wasser-, Abwasser- und Feuerlöschanlagen unterschiedlicher Hersteller und Ausführung zur Vergabe. Die Anlagen befinden sich im öffentlichen Bereich, im Betriebsbereich sowie im Sicherheitsbereich. Der Zugang bedarf einer vorherigen Sicherheitsüberprüfung und personenbezogene Flughafenausweise. Die Wartung darf nur von geschultem und qualifiziertem Personal durchgeführt werden. Für die betreffenden elektrischen Anlagen ist ggf. eine vollständige Prüfung nach DIN VDE 0105 Teil 100 (verweist auf Inhalte durchzuführender Prüfungen, u.a. nach DIN VDE 0100-600) sowie DGUV Vorschrift 4 durchzuführen. Der Bieter ist verpflichtet alle einschlägigen Normen, Gesetze, Verordnungen von und Land, technische Vorschriften und Richtlinien zu befolgen, die für die sorgfältige Erfüllung des Vertrages notwendig sind.
