Description

Im Zuge des neuen Werkstattkonzept U-Bahn der BVG und der Beschaffung neuer Wagen der Baureihen J/JK werden auf drei Liegenschaften die Werkstatt- und Aufstellkapazitäten für Klein- und Großprofile erneuert und erweitert. Dafür wird auf der bestehenden Liegenschaft "Betriebswerkstatt Grunewald", im Bezirk Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf die Werkstatthalle C für das Kleinprofil neu errichtet. Im Umfang des Neubaus der Halle sind enthalten: - Halle, Grundfläche ca. 124 m x 54 m, eingeschossig, mit folgenden Nutzungsbereichen: - Werkstattbereich mit einem 8-Wagengleis als elektr. Prüffeld und einem 4 -Wagengleis, mit Arbeitsgruben, ca. 1460 m² - Aufstellanlage, mit sieben 8-Wagen-Gleisen, ca. 3500 m² - Lagerflächen, ca. 405 m² - Schulungs- und Bürobereich mit Sozial- und Sanitärräumen ca. 600 m² - Technikräume für die Versorgung des Gebäudes - Verkehrsanlagen: Gleisanlagen für alle Gleise im Gebäude und im Außenbereich, einschl. Erneuerung Gleisüberfahrt und Anschluss an den bestehenden Gleisfächer, Stromschienen und Vorhaltung für den Einbau der Fahrstromtechnik - Freianlagen, einschl. Neuerrichtung Gehsteig - Technische Anlagen im Außenbereich Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind alle Bauleistungen sowie anteilige Planungsleistungen, die zur schlüssel- und betriebsfertigen Errichtung der beschriebenen Leistungen erforderlich sind: - Auf der Grundlage einer Funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung werden alle Leistungsbilder mit einer zugehörigen Ausführungsplanung (LPH5 nach HOAI) beschrieben. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt zusätzlich zu den Ausführungsleistungen auch die ausstehenden Planungsleistungen u.a. zur Vervollständigung der Ausführungsplanung. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt insgesamt die Funktion eines Generalunternehmers mit allen Ausführungsleistungen und anteilig zu erbringenden Planungsleistungen. Die Liegenschaft gilt als planfestgestellt. Die Details der Leistungen werden in der hinterlegten allgemeinen Projektbeschreibung und den Ausschreibungsunterlagen näher ausgeführt.
