Der Bauherr, die Kreisverwaltung Cochem- Zell, entschied sich Ende 2021 für einen Neubau der Sporthalle an derselben Stelle. Die alte Sporthalle musste für den Neubau abgebrochen werden. Der Gebäudekomplex des Martin-von-Cochem-Gymnasiums liegt zwischen der „Schlossstraße" und der Straße „Am Tummelchen", über die die Schule erreichbar ist, und besteht aus mehreren Gebäudeteilen. - rd. 75 m Anschlussleitungen (PP DN 160, SN 10) verlegen - rd. 11 St. Straßenabläufe setzen - rd. 70 m Entwässerungsrinne NW100 setzen - rd. 350 m³ FSS 0/32 einbauen - rd. 570 t Baustoffgemisch 0/56 - rd. 150 m³ STS 0/32 einbauen - rd. 370 m Betonbord TB 10/25cm und HB 15/30 cm setzen - rd. 82 m Betonblockstufen setzen - rd. 975 m² Betonpflaster Uni-Verbund (10 cm) verlegen - rd. 170 m² Betonplatten 100/100/5,5 cm verlegen - rd. 18 Stück Betonsitzelemente 100/100/37-47 cm versetzen - rd. 42 m² Fallschutzbelag herstellen - rd. 240 m² Asphaltdeckschicht herstellen - rd. 25 m Füllstabgeländer und Handlauf Flachstahl montieren
