VE-BA1-03_Metallbau BA I Die Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") betreibt den Flughafen Frankfurt/Main und daneben allein oder gemeinsam mit Dritten weltweit mehrere weitere Flughäfen, Terminals und Dienstleistungsgesellschaften. Die Fraport plant im Terminal 1 die komplette räumliche Umstrukturierung des Bereiches der hohen Halle B Mitte mit den angrenzenden Shoppingbereichen "Avenue" und "Boulevard". Der Projektbereich erstreckt sich auf die Ebenen E02, E03 und E04 im Terminal 1, Gebäude 203 des Frankfurter Flughafens und umfasst ca. 16.000m2 Fläche. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Durch den Auftragnehmer sind nahezu alle Innentüren in verschiedenen Bauarten als Stahlblechtüren oder Holz-/HPL-Türen in Stahlblechzargen (auch als Bautüren), als Rohrrahmentüren mit Rahmen aus Stahl oder Aluminium (hier auch wenige Außentüren) sowie auch Sonderelemente und Bauteile mit sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen auszuführen. Weiterhin sind Tor- bzw. Vorhanganlagen für Brand- und Rauchschutz sowie Faltgitteranlagen für den Nachtabschluss von Verkaufsflächen zu liefern und betriebsfertig einzubauen. In den öffentlichen Verkehrsflächen sind Metallbekleidungen hauptsächlich aus vorgehängten Paneeln teilweise zu demontieren und später wiederzumontieren, an Teilflächen sind baugleiche oder ähnliche Wandbekleidungen neu herzustellen. Zu Türen, Toren und Wandbekleidungen sind stellenweise auch die erforderlichen Unterkonstruktionen aus Stahl mit auszuführen. Der Auftragnehmer hat auch einige Eingriffe in bestehende Pfosten-Riegel-Glasfassaden als Umbau von Verglasungen und Paneelen zu temporären und dauerhaften Lüftungsöffnungen oder auch als Neueinbau von Fluchttüren vorzunehmen. Eine jetzt im Innenraum befindlichen Fassadenfläche ist vollständig rückzubauen. Weiterhin sind im Zuge des Neueinbaus von Türen auch die bisherigen Türen rückzubauen und zu entsorgen.
