Das nicht unterkellerte Gebäude ist geplant als Betonbau. Der zweigeschossige Teil erhält einen Dachgarten, der dreigeschossige Teil eine PV-Anlage. Grundstücksgröße: ca. 4.700 m2 BGF EG: ca. 1.900 m2 NGF: ca. 4.420 m2 BRI: ca. 22.990 m3 Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst die Küchentechnik der Ausgabeküche (cook and hold) inkl. Spülküche für ca. 100 Mittagessen täglich.
