Modernisierung+Erweiterungsbau, Los 405 Förderanlagen, 04205 Leipzig ACHTUNG! DIE ANGEBOTSFRIST ENDET AM 07.04.2026, 13:00 UHR! Die Grundschule Miltitz befindet sich im Leipziger Ortsteil Miltitz. Sie besteht aus einem Gebäude, welches Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts errichtet wurde sowie einem Anfang der 1990er Jahre errichteten Anbau. Im Zuge der Modernisierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule wird der Anbau wieder zurückgebaut und durch einen größeren zweigeschossigen Erweiterungsbau ersetzt. Zudem wird die Grundschule mit einem Aufzug vollständig barrierefrei erschlossen. Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet die vollständige Lieferung und Montage einer Aufzugsanlage mit folgenden technischen Daten: • Tragkraft: 630kg • Geschwindigkeit: 1,0 m/s • Haltestellen: 2, einseitige Beladung • Fahrkorbabmessungen (B x T x H): 1100 mm x 1400 mm x 2150 mm • Türenabmessungen (B x H): 900 mm x 2100 mm • Ausstattung behindertengerecht nach DIN 18040-1 sowie DIN EN 81-70 Anhang B • Maschinenraumloser Aufzug mit Antrieb im Schachtkopf
