Der Auftraggeber möchte sein Studierendenwohnheim in der Sieglitzhofer Str. 21 91054 Erlangen modernisieren, energetisch sanieren und aufstocken. Zur Umsetzung dieses Projekts sucht der Auftraggeber einen Auftragnehmer, der das Projekt ab der Leistungsphase 5 bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe als Generalunternehmer umsetzt. Derzeit wird die Genehmigungsplanung erstellt. Der Auftraggeber plant die Abgabe der Genehmigungsplanung bei der Stadt Erlangen für Mitte September 2026. Der Auftraggeber rechnet mit einer Baugenehmigung bis Ende 2026.
