VE 005 Stahlbauarbeiten Der Neubau der Cleantech Innovation Park GmbH ist die zweite Baumaßnahme auf dem Campus, an der Michelinstraße in Hallstadt. Das Grundstück ist über die naheliegende A70 bzw. die A73 ab Autobahnkreuz Bamberg gut erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist als viergeschossiger Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung in einer Holz-Hybridbauweise inkl. vorgesetztem Stahlbau geplant. Maximale Gebäudeabmessungen: - max. Gebäudehöhe 16.30m ü. FFB EG (±0.00 = 247,80 ü. NHN) - Gebäudeausdehnung: 41,65m x 26,65m - BGF ca. 3.650m² Die Leistung des AN umfasst die Stahlbauarbeiten in Form einer vorgesetzten Balkonkonstruktion und Schachtabdeckungen im Innenraum: - Ca. 40 t Stahl für Balkonanlage über 4 Geschosse, verschweißt und verschraubt. Oberflächen feuerverzinkt und duplexbeschichtet. Balkonkonstruktion mit Vor- und Rücksprüngen. - Ca. 500 m² Gitterrostauflage - Ca. 1600 m² Edelstahlseilnetz als Rankhilfe und Absturzsicherung - Stahltreppe als Fluchtweg - Schachtabdeckung und Unterkonstruktion ca. 20 m²
