Description

Vorabmaßnahme Erd- und Kanalarbeiten TB I An den Beruflichen Schulen Landsberg am Lech wird eine Generalsanierung in mehreren Teilmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Im Bauabschnitt 1.2 erfolgt der Ergänzungsneubau eines Werkstattgebäudes mit Nebengebäude für die Fachbereiche KFZ- und Bautechnik (Bauteil I). Die Außenanlagen werden überarbeitet und an die neue Gebäudesituation angepasst. Die Gebäude umfassen sowohl Werkstätten mit zugehörigen Lagerräumen, als auch Lehrräume und Sanitärbereiche. Die hier ausgeschriebene Leistungen umfassen die Vorabmaßnahmen Erd- und Kanalarbeiten: - ca. 150 m Demontage und Entsorgung Grundleitungen - ca. 100 m Demontage und Entsorgung Trinkwasserleitung im Erdreich - 6 Stück Demontage und Entsorgung Revisionsschächte - ca. 3.000 m³ Aushub geböschte Grabenwände - ca. 550 m Rohrbettung - ca. 4.000 m³ Wiederverfüllen der Rohrgräben - ca. 600 m Kanalrohre PP DN 100 - DN 300 - 11 Stück Fertigteilschächte - 4 Stück Sickerschächte und 4 Stück Absetzschächte - ca. 240 m Nahwärmesystem - ca. 350 m PE-Druckrohr Trinkwasserleitungen
