Der IT-Verbund Landsberg am Lech KU beabsichtigt, für das Jugendamt des Landkreises Landsberg am Lech eine neue Fachsoftware zu beschaffen. Der IT-Verbund Landsberg am Lech KU wird Vertragspartner des zukünftigen Auftragnehmers. Bestimmungsgemäßer Nutzer der Fachsoftware ist das Jugendamt des Landkreises Landsberg am Lech. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung, Einführung und dauerhafte Pflege einer Fachsoftware zur Unterstützung der fachlichen und administrativen Aufgaben des Jugendamts. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: 1. Bereitstellung der Fachsoftware einschließlich sämtlicher erforderlicher Nutzungsrechte 2. Durchführung der Feinkonzeption 3. Konfiguration und erforderliches Customizing 4. Technische Implementierung 5. Einrichtung der erforderlichen Schnittstellen 6. Unterstützung bei der initialen Einrichtung der Organisations-, Referenz- und Konfigurationsdaten 7. Durchführung und Begleitung der erforderlichen Tests 8. Schulung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender sowie der administrativen Rollen 9. Produktivsetzung und Nachbetreuung 10. Pflege, Wartung, Support und Weiterentwicklung 11. Bereitstellung und Betrieb der Fachsoftware nach einem der zugelassenen Betriebsmodelle Für die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb der Fachsoftware sind folgende Betriebsmodelle zugelassen:  Betrieb der Fachsoftware in der Infrastruktur beziehungsweise im Rechenzentrum des IT-Verbunds Landsberg am Lech KU als On-Premises-Lösung  Betrieb der Fachsoftware durch den Auftragnehmer oder einen von ihm eingesetzten Unterauftragnehmer als Software-as-a-Service- beziehungsweise Cloud-Lösung. Der Bieter muss mindestens eines der beiden zugelassenen Betriebsmodelle vollständig anbieten und bepreisen. Das Angebot nur eines Betriebsmodells ist ausreichend und führt nicht zum Ausschluss des Angebots.
