Description

Infra-, Fernwärme- und Trinkwassernetz Auf dem Gelände der Weingarten-Grundschule und Erich-Kästner-Realschule und dem Grundstück für die Heizzentrale werden Neubauten, Erweiterungen und Sanierungen durchgeführt. Die Ausführung erfolgt in zwei Bauabschnitten. 1. Bauabschnitt Anbindung der Heizzentrale mit Fernwärme und Trinkwasser sowie der Kita mit Fernwärme. Die weitere Leitungsführung erfolgt über die Straße im Lohgässle bis Grundstück des Schulcampus . Dort werden die Leitungen verschlossen und im Bauabschnitt 2. wieder aufgenommen. - ca. 70m vorgedämmte PE-Trinkwasserleitung DN25 - DN65 im bauseits errichteten Leitungsgraben verlegen - ca. 175m vorgedämmte PE-Xa Heizleitung NW 50-100 im bauseits errichteten Leitungsgraben verlegen - Hauseinführungen für Trinkwasser und Heizleitung in 2 Gebäude teilweise inkl. Kernbohrungen herstellen 2. Bauabschnitt Leitungsverlegung und Erschließung der Gebäude Bestand SÜD , Bestand OST , Bestand West und Neubau Nord. Anbindung an Leitungsabschnitt aus Bauabschnitt 1. Die Ausführung erfolgt in einzelnen Baufeldern , die teilweise zeitversetzt und auch zeitgleich ausgeführt werden. - ca. 380 m vorgedämmte PE-Trinkwasserleitung DN32 - DN100 im bauseits errichteten Leitungsgraben verlegen - 2 Stück Unterflurhydranten montieren und anschließen - ca. 345 m vorgedämmte PE-Heizleitung NW 50-110 als Einfaches- und Doppelrohr im bauseits errichteten Leitungsgraben verlegen - Hauseinführungen für Trinkwasser und Heizleitung in 4 Gebäude teilweise inkl. Kernbohrungen herstellen
