Neubau Hallenschießanlage in der Liegenschaft Pionierkaserne Gera-Hain, Zum Hain 1 in 07554 Gera Anfertigen einer prüffähigen Werkplanung für den gesamten Umfang der Geschossfangwand und für ein Geschossfangmuster. Herstellung eines Muster-Geschossfangkasten 1,35 x 1,35 x 1,0 m und Transport zur Beschussprüfung. Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage einer Geschossfangwand mit thermoplastischer Rückhalteschicht, 19,0 m Breite x 5,2 m Höhe. Bautiefe am Sockel 1,05 m, am Kopf 0,95 m. Rückwand und Zwischen- sowie Seitenwände aus hochverschleißfestem Sonderstahl für die Herstellung beschussresistenter Bauteile (500 HBW Nennhärte), vorderseitig ist eine 100 mm dicke thermoplastische Rückhalteschicht bestehend aus Einzelblöcken 0,45 m x 0,45 m x 0,10 m aufzubauen, Hohlraum zwischen Vorderseite und Rückwand mit Copolymer-Granulat gefüllt, 84 St. beschusssichere Revisionsklappen zur Wartung/Entnahme des Granulats und der Geschossreste als Schiebeöffnungen 410 x 430 mm in der Geschossfangwand- rückseite, davon 42 Revisionsklappen mit aufgesetztem Absaugstutzen DN 150. Anforderungen: Gefordert ist eine Geschossfangwand, die für den Beschuss mit Handfeuerwaffen mit einer Geschoss- energie E0 Mündungsenergie) bis 4.000 Joule geeignet ist. Es muss sich um ein sogenanntes weiches System handeln, bei dem die Geschosse von weichen Bremsmedien aufgenommen werden. Die thermoplastische Rückhalteschicht und das Granulat müssen folgende physikalischen/chemischen Eigenschaften aufweisen, um eine optimale Bremswirkung für die Geschosse zu erreichen: - beide Materialien müssen die Klassifizierung Baustoffklasse B2 (DIN 4102) aufweisen - Schmelzpunkt des thermoplastischen Kunststoffs zwischen 65 und 90 Grad Celsius - Härte des Materials der 100 mm dicken thermoplastische Rückhalteschicht 71 bis 77 Shore A - Härte des Copolymer-Granulats der Füllung der Kammern 87 bis 93 Shore A Bei der Herstellung der vertikalen Ständer und der Rückwand des Geschossfangs ist zwingend zu beachten: Die gewählte Bearbeitungstechnologie bei der Herstellung darf die Güte des Sonderstahls für die Herstellung beschussresistenter Bauteile im Bearbeitungsbereich nur geringfügig verändern: Mindestgüte Stahl im Kantenbereich der bearbeiteten Bauteile muss noch min. 400 HBW betragen (Ausgangswert vor Bearbeitung min. 475 HBW), diese Veränderungen der Stahlgüte sind nur im unmittelbaren Bearbeitungsbereich (max. 1 cm neben Bearbeitungskante) zulässig.
