Description

Schlüsselfertige Errichtung einer Kita in Hamm einschließlich noch erforderlicher Planungsleistungen (insb. zur Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung). Die Hamm.Invest GmbH (Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Hamm) beabsichtigt den Neubau einer Kita für die Stadt Hamm. Das Bauvorhaben soll als dreigeschossiger Neubau im Stadtbezirk Hamm-Mitte errichtet werden. Vorgesehen ist eine Konstruktion in Holzständerwerkbauweise (Wände) und in Stahlbeton (EG Wände, Aufzugsschacht, Treppenhaus), ggfs. aus Fertigteilen. Decken/Dach EG bzw. Dach 1. OG und 2. OG Ausführung als Brettschichtholzdecke. Ausführung der erdberührenden Bauteile als Sperrbetonkonstruktion. Alle Dachflächen sind als Flachdach vorzusehen. Auf der Kita ist eine PV-Anlage vorgesehen, freie Dachflächen sind mit einer Begrünung vorzusehen. Für die PV-Anlage und die Heizungsanlage ist ein Contracting-Modell vorgesehen, d. h. diese Anlagen werden vom Generalunternehmer unmittelbar an den Contractor übergeben und diesem separat in Rechnung gestellt. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die schlüsselfertige und betriebsbereite Errichtung des Bauvorhabens (mit zugehörigen Außenanlagen) einschließlich aller hierzu noch erforderlichen Planungsleistungen (insb. der Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung).
