Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe procurement covers the construction of the Central Accommodation Facility (Zentrale Unterbringungseinrichtung) in Bueren as a general contracting package, awarded through a Europe-wide tender. The works consist of erecting accommodation for 600 places in modular or container construction on the site of the existing emergency shelter. That current facility is a tent town whose rented tents cause considerable costs for rental and heating and are to be dismantled in mid 2025. The new facility for 600 places is to be built on the same site, and a general contractor is being sought to carry out the entire construction project in container construction.
