Description

Die Zentralküche im Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf wird komplett umgebaut und saniert. In diesem Zusammenhang wird ein zukunftsorientiertes Speisenverteilsystem für die Patientenverpflegung implementiert. Es erfolgt eine Umstellung auf das Cook & Chill Verfahren, unter Verwendung selbst hergestellter Produkte. Es ist eine Neuaufteilung der Raumstruktur vorgesehen, einschl. einer Modernisierung der Bausubstanz und im Besonderen die Erneuerung der Betriebstechnischen Ausstattung. Die Maßnahme umfasst die vollständige Erneuerung und Erweiterung der sanitärtechnischen Anlagen im Rahmen der Sanierung der Zentralküche des Universitätsklinikums Düsseldorf. Die Arbeiten erstrecken sich über fünf Geschosse (U3 bis E01) und erfolgen unter laufendem Klinikbetrieb. Näheres entnehmen Sie bitte dem Leistungsverzeichnis.
