Description

Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant den Neubau einer Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrale (FTZ) im Gewerbegebiet des Ortes Lemke, Gemeinde Marklohe. Es handelt sich um einen Ersatzneubau für die bestehende FTZ in der Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 8.200 m² Nutzflächen, sowie ca. 9.140 m² Außenbereiche -Bewegungs- und Übungsflächen. Hierzu steht ein ca. 3,4 ha großes Baufeld zur Verfügung. Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um einzelne Gebäudeteile mit einer Stahlfachwerkträger-Konstruktion mit einer Trapezfläche. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen: Verblendarbeiten für Hauptgebäude u. Multifunktionshalle. Hauptgebäude: Sockelabdichtung ca.: 445 m Verblendung: ca. 3600 m² Wärmedämmung ca.: 3600 m2 Fertigteilstürze ca.: 670 m Konsolanker ca.: 2600 Stück Multifunktionshalle: Sockelabdichtung ca.: 240 m Verblendung: ca. 1300 m² Wärmedämmung ca.: 1300 m2 Fertigteilstürze ca.: 110 m Konsolanker ca.: 440 Stück
