Mit dem Projekt Umbau und Sanierung „Alte Bleiche“ im Ortskern von Markt Altenstadt, wird ein ortsbildprägendes Ensemble im Bereich einer unter Denkmalschutz stehenden historischen Siedlungsstruktur erhalten und denkmalgerecht saniert. Es besteht aus der als Einzeldenkmal eingeordneten „Neuen Bleiche“, dem benachbarten „Erlanger Haus“ mit Nebengebäude und den umgebenden Freianlagen. Für die neue, der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemachten Nutzung des Ensembles u.A. mit Bürgersaal, Jugendzentrum und Räumen für Vereine, werden die Gebäude unter Wahrung eines respektvollen Umgangs mit der denkmalwerten Substanz instandgesetzt, energetisch saniert und für eine moderne Nutzung umstrukturiert. Das Gewerk Raumlufttechnik beinhaltet im Gebäude „Neue Bleiche“ die Installation einer zentralen Zu- und Abluftanlage nach ErP Richtlinie Ökodesign 1253/2014, VDI 6022, VDI 3803, DIN EN 16798, DIN EN 13053 mit einer Luftmenge von 3.400 m³/h, mit einer Zu- und Abluftverteilung aus verzinkten Kanälen und Rohren in Dichtheitsklasse C. Zur energiesparenden Betriebsweise wird die Anlage volumenvariabel je nach Belegung und Raumkonditionen betrieben. Auslässe und Einlässe werden deckenbündig eingebaut. Im „Erlanger Haus“ sind 10 Stück dezentrale Zu- und Abluftanlagen mit WRG zum Einbau in die Fassadendämmung vorgesehen, im EG mit Luftmengen bis 150 m³/h, im OG und DG mit Luftmengen von 40 m³/h. Die Montage in beiden Gebäuden erfolgt je nach Baufortschritt nicht kontinuierlich und beinhaltet Montageunterbrechungen, der geplante Zeitraum für die Installation bis zur Inbetriebnahme beträgt ca. 18 Monate.
