Maßnahmenbeschreibung: Das Gebäude 9 wird wie folgt beschrieben saniert. Lage: Das Gebäude 9 ist nur ein Teil des Paul - Spiegel - Berufskolleg in Dorsten. In den anderen Gebäuden findet während der Baumaßnahme weiterhin Schulbetrieb statt. Für die Lagerung von Materialien, Stellung von Containern und Baufahrzeugen steht ein eingezäunter Bereich zur Verfügung. Die Nutzung von Flächen innerhalb der Baustelleneinrichtung durch einzelne Firmen ist auf jeden Fall im Vorfeld mit der Bauleitung abzustimmen. Die Nutzer sind auf Beeinträchtigungen eingestellt, die aber im vertretbaren Rahmen bleiben sollen. Lärmende Arbeiten sollten auf den von anderen Gebäuden abgewandten Seiten erfolgen oder konzentriert auf Pausenzeiten. Insbesondere sind hierfür Ferienzeiten zu nutzen! Leistungsumfang - 2 Stck. Demontage von Heizungsverteilern mit 8 Abgängen mit Dämmung inkl. Schieber, Verschraubungen, Pumpen etc. - Ca. 20 m Demontage von Rohrleitungen aus Stahl mit Dämmung einschließlich Armaturen, Befestigungen etc. - 2 Stck Heizungsverteiler mit zusammen 11 Abgängen, einschließlich aller Regelkomponenten für die einzelnen Heizkreise. - Ca. 75 Kugelhähne von DN 15 - DN 40 - Ca. 50 Strangregulierventile von DN 15 - DN 32 - Ca. 40 Flachheizkörper einschl. Zubehör und Ventile - Ca. 6 Stahlröhrenheizkörper einschl. Zubehör und Ventile - Ca. 2400 m Kupferrohr von 15 mm - 76,1 mm, mit Dämmung aus Mineralwolle - Ca. 30 m Stahlrohr schwarz, mit einem Durchmesser von 108 mm. - Ca. 510 m zusätzliche Ummantelung der Dämmung aus harter Kunststofffolie bis DN 65. - Ca. 220 Kernbohrungen für Rohrnennweiten von DN 12 bis DN 50 einschl.
