Schadstoffsanierung Schulgebäude Altfriedschule Frintroper Str. 432, Essen Bauphase 3 (Bauteil 1 & 2) Die Immobilienwirtschaft der Stadt Essen beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Entkernungs- und Schadstoffsanierungsarbeiten in Teilbereichen des Schulgebäudes an der Altfriedschule an der Frintroper Str. 432 in Essen als vorbereitende Maßnahme für umfangreiche Umbau- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten. Es handelt sich um ausgewählte Gebäudeteile (Bauteile 1 & 2) mit einer insgesamt zu bearbeitenden Grundfläche von ca. 1.750 m2. Die Arbeiten erfolgen in einem Schulkomplex, in dem angrenzende Bereiche während der Maßnahme weiter im Schulbetrieb genutzt werden. Vorgesehener Leistungsumfang / Ziel der Maßnahme Das Schulgebäude (Bauteil 1 & 2) ist vollständig zu entkernen und ggf. einer Restberäumung zu unterziehen. Ziel der Arbeiten ist die fachgerechte Rückbau- und Schadstoffsanierung der Bauteile 1 & 2 (Schulgebäude, Turnhalle, Kellerräume). Des Weiteren ist der Fußbodenaufbau bis zum Beton vollständig zu entfernen. Sämtliche Schadstoffe sind gemäß den Vorgaben der entsprechenden technischen Regelwerke und Gesetze fachgerecht auszubauen bzw. vollständig abzutragen und zu entsorgen. Sämtliche Fenster (ca. 50 Stck.) sind auszubauen. Die Öffnungen in der Fassade sind provisorisch zu verschließen. Bei den zu sanierenden Bauschadstoffen handelt es sich u.a. um diverse asbest-, PCB-, PAK- und KMF-haltige Materialien in verschiedenen Einbausituationen. Hierbei sind insbesondere folgende Materialien hervorzuheben (Auflistung unvollständig): asbesthaltiger & teerstämmiger Parkettkleber inkl. Fußbodenaufbau: asbesthaltige Fensteranschlussfugen inkl. Fensterdemontage: asbesthaltige Putze- und Spachtelmassen: asbesthaltige Teerpappen in Bergmannrohren, PCB-haltige Farbanstriche u.a. von Wänden, Stahl- und Holzbauteilen PAK-haltige Vergussmasse (teerstämmig) im Fußbodenaufbau: ca. 700 m2, ca. 500 lfm, ca. 50 m2, ca. 400 m2, ca. 300 m2.
