4420 Wärmeversorgungsanlage Das Gebäude C Kaiser-Joseph-Straße 257 im Justizzentrum Freiburg gehört zum Amtsgericht Freiburg und wird Saniert. Die Baustelle liegt im Stadtzentrum von Freiburg in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone, direkt an der Kaiser-Joseph-Straße, in der auch die Straßenbahn verkehrt. Das Gebäude C wird für die Sanierung der Heizungsinstallation geräumt, allen anderen Gebäudeteile (A,B,D,E) werden weiterhin genutzt, der Gerichtsbetrieb läuft in diesen Gebäudeteilen weiter. Bei den hier anzubietenden Leistungen geht es um die Erneuerung der Heizungsinstallation im Gebäude C und in Teilbereichen im Untergeschoss von Gebäude E.
