Bei der Maßnahme handelt es sich um eine Nuklearmedizin, die neben der Patientenversorgung einen GMP-Bereich (Radiopharmakaherstellung) mit 2 Zyklotronen beherbergt. Die Bauwerkskosten (KG 300 - 400) belaufen sich auf 84.345.000 Euro brutto. Aufschlüsselung der relevanten Kostengruppen entsprechend DIN 276-1:2018-12: Kostengruppe 300: 37.156.000 Euro brutto Kostengruppe 400: 47.189.000 Euro brutto Der Baubeginn ist für 04/2030 geplant. Beabsichtigt ist die Beauftragung von BIM-Management-Leistungen für den Ersatzneubau Nuklearmedizin an der Hugstetter Straße in Freiburg.
