Description

Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme soll das ehemalige Progymnasium zum Kinderhort umgebaut werden. Das Gebäude wurde zuletzt 2012 als Schule genutzt.Für die Gruppenräume sowie die pädagogische Küche und die Verwaltungsräume ist ein hybrides Lüftungskonzept vorgesehen (Feuchteschutz, Grundlüftung maschinell, sonst Fensterlüftung). Die genannten Räume werden mit dezentralen Fensterlüftern ausgestattet (nur Feuchtschutz, Grundlüftung). Die Sanitärkerne werden über ein zentrales WRG-Lüftungsgerät im 2.OG und Lüftungskanälen mit Tellerventilen be- und entlüftet, da es teilweise um fensterlose Räume handelt. Der Elektroanschlussraum im Eingangsgeschoss erhält einen Ablüfter. Umfang der Arbeiten:Luftleitungen eckig: ca. 25 m²;Luftleitungen rund DN80 - DN 355: ca. 125 m;Luftleitungen Luftdichtheitsklasse D eckig: ca. 20 m²;Luftleitungen Luftdichtheitsklasse D rund DN 100 - DN 355: ca. 21 m²;Drosselklappe eckig 500/300: 1 St.;Drosselklappe rund DN80 - DN200: 8 St.;VSR konstant DN100 - DN160: 14 St.;Tellerventile DN 100 - DN200: 29 St.;Fortluftauslass / Lamellenhut: 1 St. / 1 St. ;BSK mit Schmelzlot eckig: 4 St.;BSK mit Schmelzlot rund: 5 St.;BSK mit motorisch rund: 2 St.;Lüftungsbox (ca. 3000 m³/h): 1 St.;Außenluftbox (ca. 2100 m³/h): 1 St.;Einzelraumlüfter Abluft: 1 St.;Kompaktlüftungsgerät mit WRG (ca. 1500 m³/h): 1 St.;Küchenlüftungshaube: 1 St.;Verdrängungsluftauslass: 1 St.;Schalldämpfer: 21St.;Brandschutzverkleidung aus Kalziumsilikat: ca. 40 m²;
