Neubau GS Lerbeck - Elektro-Technik Die Stadt Porta - Westfalica beabsichtigt die Bestandsschule abzubrechen und einen neuen 3-geschossigen Grundschulkomplex mit integrierter Sporthalle neu zu errichten. Auf dem Areal befinden sich zusätzlich eine Bestandssporthalle, die erhalten bleibt, sowie eine Wärmestation, die neu errichtet wird. Die Wärmestation dient der Versorgung des neuen Schulkomplexes sowie der bestehenden Sporthalle. Die Wärmestation wird zeitgleich mit dem neuen Schulkomplex errichtet. Die Außenanlagen werden im Zuge der Baumaßnahme neu gestaltet. Vorhandene Baumbestände werden so weit wie möglich erhalten und in den neuen Außenanlagen eingebunden. Der Auftragnehmer ist zuständig für die Elektroinstallationen des Schulgebäudes und der Wärmestation. Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistung sind unter anderem die Erstellung von Sicherheitsbeleuchtungen, Niederspannungsinstallationen, Beleuchtungsanlagen, Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlagen, Such- und Signalanlagen, elektroakustische Anlagen, Gefahrenmelde- und Alarmanlagen und Datenübertragungsnetze.
