Vergabe von Planungs- und Bauleistungen sowie Ausstattungs-, Bauzwischenfinanzierungs- und Wartungs- und Einregelungsleistungen für den Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle sowie einer Kita in Schortens an einen Totalunternehmer Der Landkreis Friesland plant den Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle für die IGS Friesland Nord in Schortens als Ersatz für die abgerissene Sporthalle. Der Landkreis Friesland plant zudem den Neubau einer Kita als Ersatzbau für eine Kindergarten-Containeranlage in Schortens. Da hierfür nur das auch für den Neubau der Zweifeldsporthalle vorgesehene Grundstück in Frage kommt, der Bedarf zeitnah gedeckt werden muss und das Grundstück aufgrund seiner Größe und seines Zuschnitts keine zeitgleiche Errichtung von Zweifeldsporthalle und Kita durch verschiedene Unternehmen zu-lässt, sollen Planung und Neubau der Kita ebenfalls durch ein und denselben Totalunternehmer erfolgen. Der Landkreis Friesland beabsichtigt die ganzheitliche Vergabe aller erforderlichen Planungs- und Bauleistungen im Rahmen eines Totalunternehmer-Modells. Der Auftragnehmer soll für die Ausstattung der festeingebauten und beweglichen Sportgeräte der Zweifeldhalle und für die feste Ausstattung der Kita verantwortlich sein. Der Auftragnehmer soll zudem die Bauzwischenfinanzierung stellen, wobei Abschlagszahlungen während der Bauphase grundsätzlich durch den Landkreis Friesland vorgesehen sind. Die bauliche Abnahme soll bis spätestens 20.07.2028 erfolgen, um die Objekte zum Schuljahresanfang des Schuljahres 2028/2029 in die Nutzung nehmen zu können.
