Los 1 umfasst den Bau eines ca. 880 m langen Mediendükers DN 3200 im Rohrvortrieb unter dem Nord-Ostsee-Kanal einschließlich Baugruben, Einzug von Schutzrohren, Fernwärme-, Wasser- und Gasleitungen sowie Kabeln und die anschließende Verdämmung des verbleibenden Tunnelhohlraums Die Stadtwerke Kiel (im Folgenden SWK genannt) planen die Versorgungskapazität und -sicherheit im Norden von Kiel zu modernisieren und zu erweitern. Ziel ist es, eine revisionssichere und wartungsarme Anbindung der Gas,- Wasser-, Fernwärme-, Strom- sowie Telekommunikationsleitungen zu schaffen. Dieses soll durch den Neubau eines Dükers unter dem Nord-Ostsee-Kanal zur Aufnahme der genannten Medien erreicht werden. Das Gesamtprojekt „Düker Nord-Ostsee-Kanal“ ist in vier Lose gegliedert inkl. Tunnelbauwerk und Medienleitungen (Los 1), Anschlussleitungen (Los 2), technische Ausrüstung (Los 3) und den Ausbau der Schachtbauwerke (Los 4). Gegenstand dieses Loses 1 sind das Tunnelbauwerk einschließlich der darin zu verlegenden Medienleitungen und Kabel sowie die nachfolgend beschriebenen Arbeiten: a) Herstellung eines ca. 880 m langen Tunnelbauwerks DN 3200 mit Stahlbetonrohren im Rohrvortriebsverfahren (Mikrotunneling) unter dem Nord-Ostsee-Kanal. b) Herstellung der erforderlichen Baugruben: Startbaugrube als überschnittene Bohrpfahlwand mit ca. 11 m Tiefe und ca. 16 m Innendurchmesser; Zielbaugrube mit Verlängerung für die Rohreinzugsrampe, insgesamt ca. 40 m lang und ca. 5,5 m breit, im wasserdichten Spundwandverbau mit Betonsohle. c) Einzug und Einbau der Medienleitungen und Kabel in das fertiggestellte Tunnelbauwerk über ca. 880 m. Vorgesehen sind 3 Stahlschutzrohre DN 600, 2 Fernwärmerohre KMR DN 300/450, 2 Wasserleitungen PE d 355, 2 Gasleitungen Stahl DN 200, 5 Kabelschutzrohre PE 100 SDR 7,4 d 200, 9 Kabelschutzrohre PE 100 SDR 7,4 d 140 sowie 5 Dreifachrohre PE d 50. Hinzu kommen Verfüll- und Entlüftungsrohre nach Wahl des Auftragnehmers. d) Verdämmung des nach Einzug und Einbau der Leitungen verbleibenden Tunnelhohlraums über ca. 880 m.
