Description

Die Stadt Garbsen plant die Erweiterung des Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasiums mittels Anbau auf der ehemaligen Sportplatzfläche des TSV Berenbostel, welche sich nördlich des Bestandsgebäudes des Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasiums befindet. Das Gebäude wird in der Bauweise eines Holzhybrid-Skelettbaus ausgebildet. Das bedeutet, dass vornehmlich Stahlverbundstützen an den Fassaden und Holzstützen im Innenraum den Lastabtrag übernehmen, wodurch eine größere Grundrissflexibilität erreicht wird. In Teilbereichen übernehmen Stahlbetonkerne die Aussteifung des Gebäudes. Auf der Gebäudelänge ist eine Brandwand nach 60 m über alle Geschosse mit einzuziehen. Die Bodensohle ist aus Stahlbeton, Decken und Dachkonstruktionen werden aus Stahlbetondecken in den Kernen und an den Innenhöfen sowie Holzhybridelementen erstellt, die über holzverkleidete Stahlverbundträgern abgetragen werden. Im Zuge dieser Maßnahme wird die Herstellung eines Erdsondenwärmefeldes (Geothermie) ausgeschrieben. Herstellung eines Erdsondenwärmefeldes (Geothermie), u.a.: Baustelleneinrichtung, Räumen der Baustelle, Herstellung Erdwärmesonden, Bohrungen, Erdwärmesonden, Erdarbeiten/Sammel- und Verteilerschacht/Leitungsverlegung, Erdarbeiten, Sammel- und Verteilerschacht, Horizontalanbindung, Hauptleitungen Vor- und Rücklauf, Spülen, Mischen, Befüllen, Inbetriebnahme, Spülen und Befüllen der Anlage, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation, Temperaturmessstelle,Temperaturmessstelle gem. wasserrechtlicher Erlaubnis
