Description

Grundhafte Sanierung des Hallenbads Planetenring: Das Bestandsgebäude verfügt über drei oberirdische Geschosse. Der Haupteingang liegt auf der nördlichen Seite am Herouville-St.-Clair-Platz. Im Bestand befinden sich mehrere Nutzungen - ein Hallenbad, ein Restaurant, ein Jugendzentrum, Seminarräume mit Sanitäranlagen und eine Hausmeisterwohnung. Das Restaurant wird zum Baubeginn geschlossen und die zugehörigen Räumlichkeiten werden als Teil des Hallenbades neu beplant. Die Räumlichkeiten des Jugendzentrums (EG, Achse 9-15), die Seminarräume (1. OG, Achse R-T'/12-15) und die Hausmeisterwohnung (2. OG, Achse P-T'/13-15) bleiben unverändert und sind nicht Bestandteil des Umbaus. Die Kegelbahn (EG, Achse 8-9) und die Sauna (1. OG, Achse B-P/10-15) werden außer Betrieb genommen und ihre Inneneinrichtungen zurückgebaut. Die Kegelbahn wird der Nutzungseinheit Jugendzentrum zugeordnet, bleibt aber nach dem Rückbau zunächst ohne Nutzung. Im Zuge dieser Maßnahme wird die Installation einer PV-Anlage ausgeschrieben. Auf einigen Teilen der Dachflächen des Hallenbades Planetenring in Garbsen, wird eine PV-Anlage montiert. Die PV-Anlage besteht aus drei Teilflächen. Leistungen sind u.a.: Zähler- und Verteilungsanlagen, Module und Wechselrichter, Montagesysteme, Kabel und Leitungen, Verlegesysteme, Arbeitsgerüst, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation, Stundenlohnarbeiten, Wartung während der Gewährleistungsfrist Näheres siehe Leistungsverzeichnis
