Summary

Machine-generated summary

SWT-AoER plans to build a power-to-gas plant for hydrogen production with subsequent methanation at the site of the central biogas upgrading facility of Biogaspartner Bitburg. The plant technology is procured in two lots. Lot 1 covers a container-based electrolysis plant with an electrical nominal capacity of about 1 MW to produce renewable hydrogen, including water treatment, auxiliary systems, a hydrogen storage of about 150 kg with compression and safety equipment, piping, power and data cabling from a defined interface, measurement, control and automation technology, explosion protection, foundations with structural calculations and earthing and lightning protection measures. Lot 2 covers a biological methanation plant converting the hydrogen and the carbon dioxide contained in the available raw biogas into biomethane.
