Summary

Machine-generated summary

Munich Airport is renovating and extending the existing winter service building. The works include windows, doors and stick-system curtain walls on the existing reinforced concrete building and stick-system curtain walls on the timber extension. Both buildings receive aluminium facade claddings. The aluminium trapezoidal sheet cladding on the existing building is supplied and installed by the contractor, with a portion of the existing sheets reused for sustainability reasons and supplemented by new special profiles. Interior glass-aluminium facade elements, with and without fire protection, plus corridor doors are built in both building parts. Three doors receive access control to ensure a safe transition into the critical part. Quantities include around 172 m2 of exterior curtain walling, 8 exterior doors, 37 windows, blinds screens, fire-rated facade elements and doors, and about 655 m2 of insulated trapezoidal sheet cladding.
