Lieferung von Feuerwehrhelmen und entsprechendem Zubehör Gesamtmenge geschätzt für 4 Jahre: 800 Stk. Helme Zusätzlich werden Ersatzteile für die Helme benötigt sowie eine kurze Einweisung in die Nutzung. Es ist ein kostenfreies Muster zum Vergleich, welches 1:1 dem Leistungsverzeichnis entspricht und nach Anforderung durch den Auftraggeber an das Rechts- und Ordnungsamt, Zentrale Vergabestelle, Friedensplatz 1, 09111 Chemnitz einzureichen. Die Kosten für Lieferung und Rückversand sind durch den Bieter zu tragen. Abrufberechtigte Vertragspartner: gemeldete Nutzer der SVC (Bekleidungskammer Berufsfeuerwehr Chemnitz) nach Vertragsabschluss Regelung zur Verteilung/ Umsetzung der Einzelaufträge: Die Warenlieferung erfolgt frei Haus an: Berufsfeuerwehr Chemnitz, Schadestraße 11, 09112 Chemnitz. Die Lieferzeit darf 15 Wochen nicht überschreiten und beginnt sofort mit einer Einzelauftragserteilung, welche per E-Mail erfolgt. Bei Nichteinhaltung der termingerechten, qualitativen und quantitativen Vertragserfüllung kann der Rahmenvertrag seitens des Auftraggebers vorzeitig gekündigt werden. Bei Aufträgen von Kleinstmengen werden keine Zuschläge gezahlt. Jeder Lieferung ist ein entsprechender Lieferschein beizufügen. In der Rechnung sind die vereinbarten Preise lt. Rahmenvereinbarung deutlich erkennbar auszuweisen. Die Bestellung erfolgt ausschließlich in schriftlicher Form per E-Mail durch die Bekleidungskammer der Berufsfeuerwehr Chemnitz. Regelung zur Rechnungslegung: Pro Auftrag ist eine Rechnung erforderlich. Neben den Rechnungsmerkmalen/Pflichtangaben für den Umsatzsteuerabzug müssen die folgenden Angaben der Stadtverwaltung Chemnitz auf der Rechnung verzeichnet sein: • Rechnungsadresse • Lieferadresse • Produkt • Positonsnummer des Rahmenvertrages • interne Auftragsnummer der SVC • Lieferscheinnummer • Skonto Skontogewährungen sind nicht vergaberelevant. Es gilt §17 VOL/B - Zahlungsziel binnen 30 Tagen.
