Als bauvorbereitende Maßnahmen für nachfolgende Bauarbeiten sind auf der vorhandenen Kläranlage Nette - zwei Tropfkörperanlagen (emaillierte Stahlbehälter, Höhe: ca. 13 Meter, auf Ortbetonfundamentsockel) inkl. Beschickungspumpwerk (2 Schacht-/ Beckenbauwerke aus Stahlbeton) und Stahl-Laufsteg mit Stahl-Aufstiegstreppenanlage, - ein Beschickungspumpwerk der Belebungsbecken (Stahlbetonskelettbauwerk mit Ziegelausmauerungen sowie Bodenplatte und Flachdach aus armiertem Beton), - ein ehemaliges Fällmittellager (Stahlbetonskelettgebäude mit Ausmauerungen aus Ziegelmauerwerk sowie Bodenplatte und Flachdach aus armiertem Beton) - sowie vier ehemalige trichterförmige Nitrifikationsbecken (armierte Ortbetonbauwerke mit Trichter- oder Zylinderform) abzubrechen. Abbruch und Entsorgung, einschließlich Einbauten, Elektroinstallationen, Rohrleitungen etc.
