Description

Mittels dieser Ausschreibung sollen die bautechnischen Leistungen einschließlich sämtlicher Ausbaugewerke (u.a. Mauerwerks-, Estrich-, Trockenbau-, Gerüst-, Tischler-, Putz-, Maler-, Fenster-, Türen, Fassaden- und Dämmarbeiten, Sonnenschutz, Dach-, Abdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten, Fliesen- und Bodenbelagsarbeiten) mit Ausnahme der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, sowie EMSR- und Elektrotechnik für die Errichtung eines neuen, schlüsselfertigen Betriebsgebäudes vergeben werden. Vorgesehen ist ein 2-geschossiger Bau in Massivbauweise mit Flachdach. Erdgeschoss Vollklinkerfassade, Obergeschoss VHF mit HPL-Bekleidung. Umbauter Raum: ca. 3.900 m³; ca. 1.200 m³ Bodenaushub, ´ ca. 325 Stk. Rüttelstopfsäulen mit je 2,5 m Tiefe, ca. 275 m³ Bodeneinbau, ca. 120 m Grundleitungen, ca. 1.000 m³ Stahlbeton, ca. 120 t Bewehrung, ca. 730 m² Estrich/Heizestrich, ca. 1.400 m² Innenputz, ca. 40 Stk. Innentüren, ca. 380 m² Abhangdecken, ca. 500 m² Metallständerwände, ca. 460 m² Wandfliesen, ca. 500 m² Bodenfliesen, ca. 170m² PVC-Bodenbelag, ca. 45 m² Fußbodenbeschichtung, ca. 2.100 m² Wandanstrich, ca. 38 Stk. Kunststoffenster, ca. 10 Stk. Aluminiumaußentüren, ca. 6 Stk. Aluminiuminnentüren, ca. 8 Stk. Stahl-Mehrzwecktüren, ca. 535 m² Fassadenbekleidung mit HPL, ca. 265 m² Klinker-Verblendmauerwerk, ca. 560 m² bitum. Flachdachdach
