Innenausbau inklusive Medizintechnik - Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Ulm, Flachbau Süd/Ost Auf dem Gelände des Bundeswehrkrankenhauses in Ulm wird der Neubau "Flachbau Süd/Ost"als Erweiterung des bestehenden Hochhauses errichtet. Der Neubau wird direkt an das bestehende Hochhaus angebaut und in mehreren Bereichen mit diesem verbunden. Er besteht aus drei oberirdischen und drei unterirdischen Geschossen bei einer Grundfläche von ca. 81 x 70 m. Konstruktiv handelt es sich um eine Stahlbetonbauweise, oberirdisch als Skelettbau mit großen Glasflächen und einer Metallfassade, sowie begrünte Flachdächer. Das Gebäude beinhaltet unter anderem verschiedene medizinische Ambulanzen mit Behandlungsräumen, sowie Diensträume, Labore und Bereiche für Mikrobiologie, Radiologie und Nuklearmedizin. Der Innenausbau erstreckt sich überwiegend über vier Geschosse des Neubaus sowie diverse Anschlussbereiche an das bestehende Hochhaus einschließlich Umbaumaßnahmen im Bestand. Innenwände werden überwiegend als Leichtbauwände ausgeführt. Innentüren sind als Holz- und Stahltüren mit Stahlzargen vorgesehen; Flurtüren als Metall-Glas-Türen. Die Bodenaufbauten bestehen aus Zementestrichen; die Oberflächenbeläge werden mit elastischen Kautschukbelägen, Feinsteinzeug oder Beschichtungen hergestellt. Flure und Räume erhalten abgehängte Metallrasterdecken, in Teilbereichen als Heiz- und Kühldeckensysteme. Flurwände sind mit Wandschutz auszustatten. Festeinbauten sind unter anderem für Stützpunkte und Wartebereiche vorgesehen. Ein weiterer Bestandteil ist die medizinische Ausstattung der Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsräume sowie der Labor-, Arbeits- und MRT- Räume (u.a. Arbeitstische, Schrankanlagen, Patientenlifter usw.). Medizinische Großgeräte sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
